Welcome to Casloop Studio (“we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of casloop.net(the “Site”) and the services, digital goods, and platforms provided by Casloop Studio.

By accessing or using our Site, whether as a guest, a registered user, or a contributing type designer, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our Site.

1. The Casloop Studio Platform

Casloop Studio is a digital typography platform based in Bali that provides free digital fonts for download and offers a dedicated platform for independent type designers to release their works.

2. User Accounts & Access

To access certain features of the Site, you may need to register for an account. We offer different access levels:

• Guests (Unregistered Users): Can browse the catalog and download a strictly limited number of fonts per day. We monitor this limit using technical identifiers (e.g., IP addresses).
• Registered Users:Have access to a personal dashboard and can download an unlimited number of fonts from our free catalog.
• Contributing Type Designers: Have access to a creator dashboard to upload, manage, and distribute their font files.

Account Security: If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately at admin@casloop.net if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Font Licensing (EULA) vs. Website Terms

Crucial Distinction:These Terms govern your use of the Casloop Studio website. The actual usage of the downloaded font files (.otf, .ttf, .woff, etc.) is governed by a separate End User License Agreement (EULA)attached to each font.

When you download a font, you agree to abide by its specific EULA, which may include:

• Free for Personal Use
• Free for Commercial Use
• Open Font License (OFL)

You may not resell, redistribute, or claim ownership of any font downloaded from Casloop Studio unless explicitly permitted by the attached EULA (such as specific OFL provisions).

4. Terms for Contributing Type Designers

If you register as a Creator to upload and release your fonts on Casloop Studio, you agree to the following:

• Intellectual Property Warranty: You warrant that you are the sole author and copyright owner of the font(s) you upload, or that you possess the legal right to distribute them.
• Distribution Rights: By uploading your font, you grant Casloop Studio a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, promote, and distribute your font through our platform under the free license category you select.
• Right of Removal:You may request the removal of your fonts from our active catalog at any time. However, users who previously downloaded your font retain their license rights as per the EULA granted at the time of download.

5. Prohibited Conduct

While using casloop.net, you agree NOT to:

• Use automated scripts, bots, or web scrapers to mass-download fonts or harvest creator data.
• Attempt to bypass or manipulate the daily download limits set for unregistered guest accounts.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Site.
• Upload any files that contain viruses, malware, or malicious code.
• Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of Casloop Studio or any of our contributing designers.

6. Intellectual Property of Casloop Studio

All content on the Site that is not a downloadable font—including but not limited to the Casloop Studio logo, website design, UI/UX, text, graphics, and software—is the intellectual property of Casloop Studio and is protected by international copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our platform’s design without our express written permission.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account (User or Creator) and block your access to the Site at any time, without notice or liability, if we determine that you have violated these Terms, abused the platform, or engaged in copyright infringement.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and all digital fonts provided on the Site are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. Casloop Studio makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation of the Site or the compatibility of the fonts with your specific software, hardware, or operating system.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Casloop Studio, its founders, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site or the digital fonts downloaded from it, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bali, Indonesia.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect new platform features or changes in the law. We will notify users of any significant changes by updating the “Last Updated” date at the top of this document. Continued use of the Site following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
