End-User License Agreement
Standard Font Software

THIS AGREEMENT IS EXECUTED BETWEEN “THE LICENSEE” AND CASLOOP STUDIO.
1. SUMMARY
- By purchasing and installing font software from Casloop Studio, you are presumed to have understood and agreed to all applicable conditions in this agreement. Just go ahead and read the whole EULA.
- Other than a written exception provided by Casloop Studio, no alteration of this agreement will be recognized.
- Under this agreement, the typeface, software, or font software will remain the intellectual property of its creator/seller. After finishing the purchase, you will become a licensed user, not the owner.
2. PERMITTED INSTALLATIONS AND USES
Our standard licensing policy is detailed below, and it includes:
2.1 Standard Desktop
- One (1) Standard License allows you to use the font for installation on two (2) computer devices. Two (2) Standard Licenses are required for every four (4) computer installations, and so on in multiple sets of two.
- The Standard License permits fonts in printing documents such as books, posters, pamphlets, etc. Digital designs such as raster images, vector lines, and others may also be used as documents.
- One (1) Standard License is applicable for the use of fonts in a combined product line or sold product that is distributed in quantities up to 1000 units, two (2) Standard License = 2000 units, and so forth.
- The Standard License lets you deliver a copy of the font as part of a pre-press bureau file release or printer release in PDF and EPS formats only.
- The Standard License permits you to use the font in any social media promotion and content.
- The purchase of one (1) Standard License enables you to use the font on social media networking sites with a total of 25,000 followers, two (2) Standard License entitles you to 50,000 followers, and so forth.
- Under the Standard License, fonts may be used for logos/marks, branding, and symbols.
2.2 Standard Website
- One (1) Standard License can be used for one (1) Website Domain/Digital Ads Release Title, two (2) Standard Licenses that may be used for two (2) Website Domain/Digital Ads Release Title, and so on.
- The Standard License allows you to use @font-face to embed the font on websites and in digital advertisements as long as the number of Domain/Ads Title does not exceed the number of licenses you selected when adding the font to the cart.
- The Standard License allows you to use the font in files with the *.WOFF format extension directly or indirectly via other ways, such as converting *.WOFF files into *.JSON or *.JS formats using the Facetype.js Generator.
3. RESTRICTIONS
You are not Permitted to:
- Use the font for social media video or motion graphics longer than 1 minute in length.
- Use the font software for broadcasting purposes includes TV broadcasts, cinema movies, OTT streaming platforms, streaming/on-demand-videos, and online videos longer than 1 minute in length.
- Embed the font into game apps, e-Pub, and any mobile or computer software/App.
- Install the font on a server.

4. VIOLATION OF FONT LICENSE USAGE
This limitation applies to all Licenses, and it includes:
- You are not permitted to redistribute fonts, sell, rent, or exchange fonts for anything of worth.
- The original fonts may not be modified, renamed, or converted to another format. This is the best approach. You can convert it to “outline” or “path” or “rasterized images.” In this way, you ensure the legality of the designs you produce for your clients. This is the only option for others (clients) to use the design you create using our fonts without licensing it.
- Except for converting *.WOFF files into *.JSON or *.JS formats using Facetype.js Generator for website licensed fonts; you are not allowed to modify, change the format, convert our fonts or anything else.
- Editing or renaming fonts is not permitted; doing so creates non-original fonts, which is also against our policy. Also, for using font elements as the foundation for new a font. The solution is that we can provide custom fonts designs from scratch, customize our existing fonts, and even customize the related licensing to meet all of your requirements.
- You are not permitted to transfer or allow the third party to copy the fonts, except for fonts copied as part of a pre-press bureau file release or printer. You must ensure that the printing company terminates the font copy when the printing process is completed.
- You are not permitted to upload the fonts to any publicly accessible server or GIT repository.
- The legal consequences of using unlicensed fonts can be significant, including the compulsory removal of all copies of the violating fonts. Unofficial (illegal) fonts are frequently discovered to contain several important technical and design issues, the most common of which are: missing kerning (contextual inter-letter spacing), missing characters, poor spacing, and incorrect point construction (leading to printing problems and distorted character shapes), fonts ID clashes, and missing counters due to incorrect path directions.
5. FILE FORMAT
When you purchase a Standard License, you will have font files in:
- OTF format
- TTF format
- WOFF format
- WOFF2 format
6. PROTECTION & CREDIT
- As a Licensee, you intend to make every effort to protect any software fonts from redistribution or unauthorized access.
- From the time fonts software is purchased from Casloop Studio, we maintain the right to use your company name, as well as images and videos of our fonts in use, for marketing purposes. If you do not intend to cooperate with this, please let us know to ensure that it is respected.
7. BUG/VIRUSES
Casloop Studio’s fonts software has been thoroughly tested. However, it is possible that unwanted things will happen, resulting in hardware or software damage or lost revenue. We highlight that all fonts software stored on Casloop Studio is installed at the owner’s own risk, and we disclaim all liability for any damages.
8. TERMINATION
- Casloop Studio has the right to revoke this license in the case of a violation. Suppose this is the case in the event of cancellation and subject to any remedy and justice limitations. You should then return or destroy the software at our discretion and guarantee that no copies remain in your control.
- Unauthorized fonts software installations and usage are a serious license violation. You agree to pay the applicable license fees (in USD/IDR) fully. You must commit to resolving this within seven (7) working days and provide us with all accurate, ethically, and legally responsible reports about the entire product you produce with our fonts.
- Fonts used without a license or with inadequate licensing will necessitate the purchase of a claim. Casloop Studio reserves the right to charge for time, expenses, and legal work.
