These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you
(“User”, “you”, or “your”) and Casloop (“Casloop”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) governing your
access to and use of the Casloop website, related services, digital products,
and platform functionalities (collectively, the “Services”).
By accessing, browsing, registering an account, downloading content, submitting
materials, or otherwise using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read,
understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Services immediately.
1. Definitions
For purposes of these Terms:
This agreement covers digital and physical usage worldwide.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Services.
By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and have the legal authority to enter into binding agreements.

4. Intellectual Property Rights
All Platform design elements, branding, content structure, and materials are protected by intellectual property laws.Fonts remain the intellectual property of their respective Authors or Foundries.
Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of any intellectual property to Users.Users receive only the limited rights explicitly granted under the applicable License.
5. Font Licensing and Usage
Each Font is governed by its individual License.You are solely responsible for reviewing and understanding the License terms before use.

6. License Stability and Modification Policy
Casloop maintains a strict policy regarding License consistency.
Once a Font is published under a defined License, that License may not be altered retroactively in a manner that diminishes rights previously granted to Users.
Authors and Foundries may not:
If a License modification is necessary, Authors must contact Casloop administration for formal review and approval prior to implementation.
Approved changes will apply prospectively and will not invalidate rights previously granted.
7. Author / Foundry Representations and Warranties
By submitting content to Casloop, Authors represent and warrant that:
Authors grant Casloop a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free right to display, distribute, and promote submitted Fonts through the Platform.
Casloop reserves the right to remove or suspend any submission at its sole discretion.
8. Payments and Revenue (If Applicable)
Where commercial licenses or paid services are offered:
Casloop is not responsible for payment processing errors outside its control.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Services and all Content are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
Casloop disclaims all warranties including but not limited to:
We do not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted or error-free.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Casloop shall not be liable for:

Casloop may suspend or terminate access at any time, without prior notice, if a User or Author breaches these Terms.
Termination does not limit Casloop’s right to pursue further legal remedies.

Casloop shall not be liable for failure or delay in performance due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, technical failures, cyberattacks, governmental actions, or service interruptions.
14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by applicable laws in the jurisdiction where Casloop operates.
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through appropriate legal channels within that jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by law.
15. Modifications to Terms
Casloop reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.
Updates become effective upon publication. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
16. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
17. Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Casloop regarding use of the Services and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.
